Payments: We accept Cash, Check and all major Credit Cards.

Reserve/Cancel: A signed Rental Agreement and a $50 deposit are required to make a reservation and deposit is refundable with 7+ days notice of cancellation or if cancelled by us due to inclement weather.

Delivery Area: We deliver for free within 30 miles of Seward, NE, which includes the cities of Lincoln, Crete, Milford, York, David City and all the towns in between. For quotes outside of this area, please contact us.

Wet/Dry: The Bounce Houses are only rented dry, but the combo units with slides can be rented dry (without the pool) or wet, which includes the pool and the water sprayer on the slide. The additional $60 charge for a wet rental is based on the extra labor to clean and dry the unit.

What's Provided/Needed: We provide everything that is necessary to setup the inflatable securely (stakes, sandbags, extension cords, hoses, etc). We will need access to a power outlet within 75 feet. If you have a water rental we will need access to a standard outdoor water faucet such as the type you'd hook a hose up to.

Clean up: That's our job, unless you've really made a mess and want to help out, or if you need us out in a hurry. Generally it will take us less than 30 minutes to clean, disinfect, deflate, roll-up and load an inflatable. We do not allow "silly string" to be used in or around our inflatables. Silly String stains and weakens the bounce house material.

Weather: The inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or heavy wind. If weather is spotty, the units can be deflated and re-inflated after weather has improved. We will not cancel because of the temperature. Whatever the case may be, we will be communicating with you in the days leading up to your event if the weather is threatening to cause problems.

Insurance: We carry Insurance on our business, including Liability insurance. If you are a Church, School, Municipality, Business or Individual needing proper proof of insurance documentation prior to your event, we can provide that for you (example: proof of OUR insurance is usually needed by the owners of a facility if you're renting that facility for a party or event).

All Day Rentals: All of our rentals are "all day" rentals, so there is NO set time limit, which means that a unit will be delivered and setup generally between 8am and 1pm based on the best delivery schedule for all customers that day, and will be taken down generally between 5pm and 9pm, based once again on customers' party schedules and locations. Since we have multiple units to deliver and pick up, that means that someone may have an inflatable delivered much earlier than 1pm and someone may have an inflatable picked up much later than 8pm. We are always willing to work with our customers and do our best to make everyone happy. If you need the bounce house at 7am, or if your party doesn't start until 7pm, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU.
